   A wonderful. magical store. Joyce Main is a real joy and has an exceptional eye for detail and what suits each person. I only went in to the store for a cami top and got swept away with all the beautiful, shimmering dresses. I was all ready to buy this gorgeous midnight blue number when Joyce very kindly and professionally asked if I would like some help. She was honest and made suggestions on other styles that would better suit me. I would have happily spent hundreds on a couple of dresses because I loved the look. However, Joyce was very honest in explaining why they would maybe not suit me and we looked at other styles. As a small business owner I relish this honesty and even if it means a customer may not purchase that day, they know they are getting a good service and it is better to wait until the right product (clothes in this case) comes along, rather than telling someone something looks amazing when it doesn't. Joyce helped me rethink my style and what clothes and cut suits me. I was so thrilled and amazed. It was like a whole new lease of life. All these years I had been wearing fit and flare style dresses that can make me look larger. Joyce guided me towards the slimline maxi styles that really slimmed my body down and made me feel amazing. I live in Devon but would go back to Cabot Circus just to see Joyce and have a styling session with her. Joyces' approach is fun and friendly, she remained calm when she had numerous customers all vying for her attention. The other ladies in store were stunning and really open and welcoming too. This is one of the best shopping experiences I have EVER had.

   Thanks to assistance from the wonderful Joyce Main I came a way with a beautiful dress I wouldn't have found otherwise. She asked me about my style, found things I might like on the shop floor, and then found an item in the stock room that wasn't even on the shelves. Never pushy, just helpful and friendly with lots of great advice.

   Joyce Main is a credit to Monsoon what a delightful lady she is! Super friendly and very helpful. I love the floral trousers she got from the store that hadn't even reached the shop floor. It was not something I would have normally gone for but I absolutely love them and can't wait to wear them in Vegas in a couple of days.

   I was very pleased with the attention, patience and an eye for fashion which I experienced at Monsoon, Cabot Circus today. I was delighted that Joyce came to my rescue and didnt force me to buy anything but instead was very polite in helping me choose which wedding outfit looked best on me. I felt safe in the choice of dress design and colour which Joyce suggested and came away feeling a million dollars. Thank you so much Joyce Main.

   We visited the branch in Cabot’s Circus to have a look at wedding dresses for my daughter. The sales assistant, Josie, was so lovely, polite and extremely helpful. She found all the dresses in the right size, brought them all out to us and left us to it which made it a pleasant experience for us - no hovering around and pushy sales going on. Needless to say a dress was bought and there were smiles all round. Thank you for making this special time stress free.
