Great customer service and vast range of products. Had to return a 2 iron due to club defect and they dealt with the situation brilliantly and quickly. Will 100% be using again. Thanks Harry and the rest of the team.
As far as left handed stock goes its the best you can get around london. A good comprehensive range of items. However, having been around 5 times now im consistently disappointed by how bad the customer service is, shop attendants are unengaged and borderline rude. Ive only had one positive interaction with a member of staff which accross five different visits isnt good enough.
My son had a wedge fitting with Bill. His knowledge and expertise was exactly what we were looking for. i would highly recommend going to see him if your thinking of getting new clubs, as he will make sure they are the right ones for you.
Very good service when purchasing clubs from Left Handed Golf but unfortunately much less so if there is.a problem. Two enquiries through the website enquiry system not responded too and then when finally received a reply after finding a direct email a problem with a defective putter bought only 12 months ago was met with a very disappointing response, blaming golfer use, care and maintenance, followed by not covered by warranty of either Left Handed Golf or manufacturer. Not a good experience for a regular customer
A must for the left handed golfer looking for clubs. I drive 100 miles to get fitted, and never regret it. You can hit the clubs from under cover out on to the range. Really excellent fitting, can go to the pub for lunch or coffee with lovely surroundings. Terrific choice of clubs, great day out and experience for a lefty!!
Great experience from start to finish & rob was extremely helpful. I ended up returning the SIM driver after a rattle in the head appeared after using it a handful of times, they arranged for the driver to be picked up along with dropping off a new driver head within 24 hours. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy & there was a suitable resolution to the issue.
