I had a great experience in this Bristol store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a lovely "hello" from Lisa. And throughout my shop Lisa was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I am not used to such good service from retail staff. It was a lovely change. I bought a number of items when I had no intention on purchasing anything. Lisa is a great asset to the store and as a result I will now be a regular shopper at SB. Thank you Lisa and SB!

Bizarre customer service, perhaps they didn’t feel that I was the right clientele? Or perhaps just having a bad day? Pleased I can shop online to avoid another in-store visit
What happened to the beautiful Sweaty Betty? Even though high range, it was always really enclusive for all, but today one lady actually came behind me with a not so subtle "customer clothes assessment". All that hard work they put in over the years wasted in a moment with a horrible sales technique.
