   My husband and I stayed at this bed and breakfast on September 19th for three nights and what a treat! The house is beautiful, and is right on the sea which makes for some lovely morning strolls. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean, cosy and inviting. We could come and go as pleased and felt very at home. Salma was a warm and gracious host and the continental breakfasts she put out each morning were full of fresh fruit and great croissants! She even made us little chopped fruit cups which I just loved. Joppa is a lovely seaside borough of Edinburgh and there was a city bus that ran every 10 minutes that took you right to the heart of Edinburgh which saved us so much money on taxi fares! There were shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs a short walk away as well if you don’t feel like going into Edinburgh. Many of them sea facing. We both loved our stay here with Salma and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh if you want a more scenic, cosy, and quiet seaside stay that’s conveniently near the city. The price per night is very reasonable and honestly, it was one of our favourite places that we stayed at on our entire trip to the UK. We will undoubtedly be staying here again if and when we visit Edinburgh again. Thank you so much Salma for having us!!

   We loved staying at Seabreeze while visiting Edinburgh! Everything is impeccably clean, the free breakfast is great and Salma, the owner, takes good care of you and is easily reachable. The bus stop is right next to the house. You can reach the city within 30 mins. It‘s the perfect escape from the tourist hustle and bustle while having the beach right in front of you. Would definitely come back!

   While I didn't stay in this bed and breakfast because I booked a family room and inadvertently told the owner that it was 1 adult and 2 kids I was charged extra for the room which I wasn't happy about. When I cancelled the booking I was charged an administration fee of €41. ,Booking was made for June 2025 so 6 weeks before travel I was charged an administration fee. I am a single mom to twins and I struggle to make ends meet and so disappointed with my experience

   Absolutely loved my stay at Seabreeze B&B! Beautiful rooms with fantastic sea views. Salma was a wonderful host - even made sure that she had vegan items in for my breakfasts. She was very easy going and made sure I had everything I needed, whilst letting me feel at home. The decor and facilities are very well done to ensure a lovely, comfortable stay. I loved walking along Portobello beach, and the bus stop is super convenient next door to head into the city centre with no trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

   We loved this place. The landlady Salma is a lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and at a time which we wanted. The room was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly want. Hospitality tray, bottled water and even a choccy bar. We would definitely stay again. The location was really good right by a bus stop which takes you directly into Edinburgh and Musselburgh.
