    Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Had to contact them on several occasions regarding a return. Then a wait for a refund which has still not been received. Won't be purchasing anything from this supplier again. Only positive is the customer service operator called Will Pointing. Really the only positive when dealing with this shower.

    Do not purchase from this company, ordered in august, returned in august and still waiting for my refund. 6 phone calls speaking to an advisor every time, 2 emails with no response, and still waiting.

    Do not buy from company!!! They make it look like they have good customer service by posting replies in response to negative reviews online but when you provide your details they don’t bother replying. If you’re a customer who wants to speak to them you have no chance, they just ignore email correspondence, don’t allow you to get through on their phones lines and live chat non existent. Still waiting for my full refund for items returned early September! EDIT: My return has finally been fully refunded (early November) after being picked up by Claire who responded promptly and dealt with everything professionally. Unfortunately I wouldn’t order from Alexandra again after this experience as I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get my refund returned.

    Zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful experience. They failed to deliver my order and then ignored my messages for days at a time. When they finally called, they promised a refund β€” which never arrived. After chasing them again, I was given random excuses: first they claimed they didn’t have my postcode, then said they did, then insisted they’d dispatched the item, and later claimed they didn’t have my address at all! None of it made any sense. It’s now been seven weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund. Terrible customer service and shocking communication. Avoid this company at all costs!

    Still waiting on orders placed on 09/10/25. Zero customer service. They won't even pick up the phone. Online chat service says contact us back during opening hours when it's almost 11am and they advertise opening hrs from 9-5pm.

    Shocking experience. Ordered a small amount of tunics 3 weeks ago not that never (and still haven't) arrived. All they kept saying was blaming DX who had a 'POD' which was the letters DP, we have no body bearing these initials however they are conveniently our company names initials... They did nothing for about 2 weeks until they finally found a location of delivery which was no where near our address. They just sent us a credit note rather than asking what we would like to do... We will not use them again and advise you give them a swerve too!

    My whole year in university have had issues with ordering from here. The sizes people are getting are all wrong. I picked a size 14 which I was being generous with.. I know needed to order more as the tunic and trousers were slightly too tight. So now I have ordered a size up. But when i went back on, there was no size 12, 14 or 16. You measure yourself then it says to pick from all these numbers ranging from 60 or 70 odd to 140 odd (I'm guessing there). But how does your waist, hip and bust measurement correlate with this??if I now have 3 different measurements which number do I then pick for the size?? 60? 90? 140?? THEN I order new trousers.. I notice straight away there is no option to pick the length on this item. So I just picked one size up from my last order (96) or something and the length is for someone at least 6 foot!!! Everyone else I know has had to either send uniform back, swop it with someone at uni or just order more. The site is asl ocrap to navigate. You click on an option like nursing and it just says page not working or doesn't exist. For all of them!!!! I HATE that this place is the only one I can get personalised student uniform from. I've had absolute murder with them so far.

    Still waiting for 2 green tunics for my daughter as she needs for college and I was told I had to order from these. Paid extra for fast delivery and they are still processing order after 9 days. Keep getting fobbed off by customer service. This company is shocking. Totally unacceptable.

    I have been buying uniforms from this company for years. I have never had an account, so I have always had to pay over the phone when ordering, prior to orders being dispatched. They have always been very strict on this. Imagine my shock today when I received an email from a debt collection agency claiming I owe Alexanders Β£135.00 plus interest !! No letters or emails from them direct first, but HOW when i always pay in advance ? I have spent thousands of pounds with this company over the years, this treatment of loyal customers is just not acceptable at all.

    My husband placed an order with this company on the 22nd of December ​and it still has not been delivered! I've asked to cancel the order and to have a refund, they said it's not possible because it's already with the delivery company! Our only option for refund is to wait for the items to be delivered and then send them back! I'm very disappointed Edit: Today I've received an email from this company costumer care saying that quote "The driver has attempted to deliver the parcel ion a number of occasions, but the parcel has been refused and it is stated that the name is not known at the address" end of quote. This is a complete lie us they've never been to our door, we never refuse to take the parcel and indeed my husband lives at the address. The only positive note it's that the parcel is going back to the warehouse and then they will process a refund. Stay away from this company for your own sake!!
