   Amazing place to stay, lovely people and food is fantastic! All fresh and very calm place to stay especially if you want to head into Edinburgh for the day or two. We stayed for 2 nights and our first full day we decided to head into Edinburgh on the bus £10 there and back, for both of us to head into the town! Only takes about 20-30 minutes and buses run regularly though-out the whole day, even on weekends. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Edinburgh but doesn’t want to stay in Edinburgh or drive and pay for parking.

   If I could get the best surprise trip for my birthday, a huge chunk of it goes to Just B! An unconventional place run by exceptional people, Karo & Jeff along with their 2 adorable dogs, Sky & Blue! The welcome we received was the sign that we were going to have a great time here. I'd recommend everyone should have an experience of this place at least once.

   Brilliant place to stay. Very calming as soon as you walk in, owners are lovely, making us feel welcome. Breakfast every morning was amazing, freshly cooked to order, it's a 3 course breakfast, was great. Seems a long bus ride to town, 45 mins however it's one bus into Edinburgh and one bus back which is great, and the fare was just 2.00rach way. Please support this lovely small business, it's the personal touches that make all the difference

   The Just B isn't a supermodern crowded place with self-check in or hundreds of rooms wich look the same. The Just B is something special and so much better than that. Even in the entrance area is so much love to feel, its filled with candles, incense sticks and a lot of lovely things. The rooms are beautiful, light and have the perfect size. Also the bathroom is funktionable and clean. We stayed here for one week and we enjoyed every single day. The hotel has a remarkable calming energy and we had the best sleep every night. Karen and Geoff are just THE best people, both so kind, lovely and mindful. We loved our little talks throughout the day and all the good tips they gave us. Everything happens with such a heartwarming energy. Last but not least- the famous breakfast. Geoff serves it with so much charme and it is absolutely delicous. We could not imagine any better place to stay and recommend it highly to everyone.

   Very enjoyable stay and superb hosts! We stayed here to attend a wedding not too far from where the b&b is located. The hosts were very kind enough to offer us a ride to the venue since the weather is not very good at that time. The rooms are very nice and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, it’s probably one of the most excellent breakfasts I had!

   Amazing B&B situated just outside Edinburgh. Karen is a wonderful host and a beautiful soul, an amazing chef too. Wonderful atmosphere Gorgeous food Rooms are beautiful, set in a quiet location near River walks and on the bus route. A 20 min drive takes you into the heart of Edinburgh. I really can't express in words just what a lovely place this is .. Highly Recommended If I get the opportunity to visit this beautiful part of the country again I will be booking here with Karen again, directly.

   Stayed here for a long weekend (3 nights), and had an amazing time. Set in beautiful countryside a few miles from Edinburgh which is easily accessible via a short bus ride. The hosts Karen and Geoff made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We had full use of the hot tub and the beautiful surrounding gardens. The food was amazing and so beautifully presented. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to go back in the near future.
