The location is good but mattress was old and bathroom needs some finishing touches. Looking out the window, there is a back garden that's needs a gardener. No tv in the room.

An accommodation in lovely surroundings, a little far from the city center, but in a seemingly descent neighbourhood. Most of it is fine, considering the prices, being critical there's tons to conplain. But realistically You get what You pay for and in general everything You need is present, clean and mostly in descent conditions. Except for the double beds. We rented a double and triple room, and both doubles have bad matrasses (sagging, really bad to the outer edges). Though I made a remark to the owners, they say it was new to them and they did not have any spares at the moment. I do understand there might be no immediate solution. Though to say You are unaware, while complaints can be found in recent reviews, does not quite hit the mark. For us, we don't need much. A bed to sleep in and a roof above our heads. But that's just it, we need a bed to sleep in, not a broken one, where we wake up broken, adjusting not to fall out of it. Sorry to say, it's a 1 star for us.

Rooms were fairly decent, No much marks at all Toilets and Bath towels were clean, but the room floor was unclean and there was no seperate drinking water facility in the premises and the owner or the operator of this property messaged to consider drinking water from the bathroom taps as drinking water...Who does that? Shouldnt you care to provide drinking water barrels on the floor near the rooms IF YOU DON'T HAVE A KITCHEN in the premises??? Hence not even zero but NEGATIVE marks for this, just giving basic bed, towels, clean bathroom isn't enough

The guesthouse is located in a very nice building. From the state of the (shared) bathrooms/toilets and the rooms as well from a look in the backyard you get the impression that the current owner is not interested in a sustainable business but only in making use of the location with as minimal effort as possible. Ok for a night, not recommendable for a longer stay. The neighborhood seems to be ok.

Bare minimum for the furniture (wonky armchair with a broken foot), towels as soft as sandpaper, common bathroom is disgusting, most hostels bathrooms are cleaner than this. The guy supposed to check you in wasn't there, and when he arrived he didn't even explain where to leave the keys for checkout.I didn't not expect a palace given the price, but didn't expect either that it would be so disappointing.
