   Shockingly bad experience. 11:20am on Weds and two tellers on the tills?? Backed up by 9 deep waiting to be served. Taking a average 15 mins wait to even get to the till Meanwhile more staff on at the scan yourself section. Ridiculous behaviour, can't imagine what it would be like when busier Get your finger out and sort this

   I visit this store with a family member now and again I can honestly say I have never seen so many unhappy workers before until I visited this store ,staff are very grumpy and not approachable stock doesn't have good sell by dates either

   Large Tesco store with a good variety or products. Has cafe inside and a subway attached outside. Also has a nail and brow salon, tanning shop and a gym opening on the upper floor.

   Usually great service, but alas, not today. Was at the self service till feeding in coins. Yes, there were a lot of them but there was no queue behind me. A supervisor suddenly appeared and told me that what I was doing was unacceptable and I should be using the coin exchange machine instead (which charges a fee). Embarrassed, I explained to her that I normally paid by card and had been reduced to the coins until payday on Friday. She wasn't interested. Left saying she hoped I had enough to cover my debt. Rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Young woman at the tills (she is always there on a Sunday morning) could not have been nicer and kinder after she had gone. I didn't know there was a limit on the amount of coins. My basket was just over 10 pounds and the machine was happily and greedily gobbling them up. I only did it because I was desperate and there was no queue. Please don't think this type of service is common in Tesco. I have been shopping there for years and they are nearly always lovely, helpful and professional (the young woman who helped me is an example of the excellent service you usually get). 27/4/2 Update: Made an official complaint about this woman (I'm assuming she was a manager, she didn't have the courtesy to introduce herself) a week ago. No response. That's fine. It certainly hasn't stopped me from shopping there. Rude, unprofessional and tactless; but you don't stop buying fruit just because of one rotten apple.

   It's a large tesco store with pretty much everything in it. The only problem I came across was a Black lady who I think was supposed to be cleaning, but she seemed to be hiding from the boss

   Just your average Tesco but Gina on the customer service desk helped me out when the till wouldn’t accept my card. I was 40p short in cash for a Valentines present and she put the 40p in herself. God bless you, Gina!

   One of the best places I have ever worked !! back in 2015-16 I worked here as part of the Dotcom department(home deliver team, The manager Tracey Smyth was nothing but supportive, she was amazing best, Line Manager you could ask for, more than a Manager also a mentor, someone to look upto. The Line Manager from Fresh was also excellent in her Role, Tracy Bell both Manager showed nothing but compassion to their staff and that is what makes an excellent Manager, the fact they put staff first, all in the whole St Rollox team are the best team in Tesco you could possible work with. Honestly wish I never left Tesco St Rollox sometimes as truely miss everyone there :)

   16th December 2022. I parked my car and then walked on central path towards Store - lethal not cleared I nearly fell. Then had to walk on road. None of the concourse was cleared of snow even from the pedestrian crossing. Access for everyone impaired and dangerous. I went in to store to find another lady like me wanting to complain and asking for manager- this was at 11.30am approx. Made complaint to the security guard No show from Manager.When I left store at 12.30 no path cleared. I walked back to car on road which was safer to then have a driver beep the horn because I was not walking fast enough. Here to help Tesco? No but happy to take my money.

   Spacious and well lit store. Wide choice and wide aisles. Got almost everything you would need. Prices are a bit rubbish at times but not the worst.
