   I had an amazing experience at Culane House Hotel. The breakfast was delightful, featuring an authentic English breakfast that we truly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly, with impeccable manners and a wonderfully cooperative attitude. We deeply appreciate their warm hospitality. A special thanks to the management team for their professionalism, as it’s clear they put a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome.    Stayed here for a week. Location is great with many amenities around. The rooms are very nice and clean. The best thing about the place is its hosts and their hospitality. The owner and staffs are super friendly, helpful and always ready to assist any request with a smile. It was indeed a home away from home.

   On street parking can be a nightmare. Rooms are horrible and mouldy,broken lights, and plenty of issues, and when you try to get things sorted, it takes so long.

   Great place, but mandatory service fee of 22% on my dinner was not explained and was a surprise. Everyone was polite enough and food was great but very cheeky tbh.

   Fantastic overnight stay. The hostess was extremely attentive and the breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the location coupled with easy free parking. The room was clean and the bathroom was superb. We would definitely book again.

   I really enjoyed my stay here! I stayed here on my own and felt really comfortable and safe, all of the staff are very friendly and do their very best for the hotel and to help you, not that I needed help with anything as everything was perfect! they have a lovely breakfast and breakfast area. I would highly recommend this hotel as I had the perfect stay here. Thank you guys!

   B&B with very good bus connections to the city center. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced . During my holidays in Summer of 2018 some rooms had been restored and we were lucky to enjoy a new luxury room. It was very big, and the bathroom was extraordinary well equipped. Never had such a comfort before. The breakfast buffet offers a good range of traditional products. The staff is extra friendly and very helpful. The even managed to deal with special vegan diet without any problem and offered soya milk for my husband's coffee. It was hard to leave this wonderful place as we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definetly come back by next chance!

   Classified itself as luxury. Whilst it was clean it was not luxury. Bin broken, shower handle broken, very small room (4). Was supposed to be a double room, very narrow. Toilet rolls not replenished. A knock on there door was greeted by a strange bloke barging into the room holding the hotel router he had smashed. Diplomatically escorted him outside. I informed the hotel owner only to be told he was a local junkie who got into there building!! Enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh but regretfully would not stay here again. Definately not the impression trip advisor would have you believe. Breakfasts were very nice. Not asked on checkout about our stay.
