This is a fantastic store, they carry a nice mix of brands, and a carefully chosen range of clothes and footwear. More importantly the customer service was outstanding, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Love this store. I always get Rains brand from here as the brands direct website has a very long wait on delivery! Love the hand written personalised note and recyclable packaging - can’t fault them!
Fantastic service and product range from a handful of thoughtfully selected brands. After ordering a pair of jeans online, I received them almost instantly and they were accompanied by a little, hand-written thank you card which is what prompted me to write this review. I think little touches like that really speak volumes about a business. Will 100% look to use Maze again in the future.
Lovely selection of (lesser known) designer brands and friendly knowledgeable staff. They lose points however for not carrying any sizes smaller than medium in their menswear collection. I'm afraid they have missed out on sales due to this fact. I asked whether items could be ordered in (small size) to which I was told unfortunately not.
I have only used their online shop but the quality of clothes and the service was great. Placed an order, wanted to check something after the fact so I emailed Maze, got a reply, received my goods about a week later (I live in Ireland) in perfect condition. They do some great offers during their sales too.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE not even worthy of one star! ...Having been a loyal Maze customer for well over 20 years, I have been appalled at my recent treatment regarding a top I had cause to return. The top in question was worn once and washed by myself following the EXACT washing instructions. It shrank to the extent I struggled to get it on, so I returned it as it was now not fit for purpose as it could no longer be worn. I was advised by Ginger the manager, that she too had the top and as hers hadn’t shrunk she would not give a refund. When I asked to speak to someone else she phoned someone, for them to say that they would not talk to me, and that they were not prepared to refund me as they felt there was nothing wrong with the top! Iam amazed at the way they have dealt with this, and feel it very short sighted as not only have they lost a customer but I’d never ever recommend them again for this simple reason. I have read many poor reviews on how this company treat their staff, and it appears they only like taking customers money and are not prepared to give any back, when leagally Iam entitled to a refund, as the item is unwearable through no fault of my own.
