   2 night stay to explore edinburgh. Linda is super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delivered to our room at requested time and was delicious - I had croissants both days and they were huge! Very filling and delicious. Hubby had smoked salmon bagel and a croissant the next day. Very quiet and peaceful with an outdoor seating area in beautiful gardens. Spent a lot of time sitting outisde watching the squirrels running around. Very comfortable bed and couches and we both slept well both nights. Free tv, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron and a wee dining table to eat our meals. En suite bathroom with a great shower. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Some tea/coffee supplies with a small fridge. Loved the light up mirror in the bathroom. Linda has really thought about everything to make it the perfect home from home Fabulous stay and cant recommend enough, we would definately stay here again.

   My wife and I stayed here and enjoyed it. Notes: The breakfast was great! Loved it and the flexibility in timing. The bed was only okay (not the most comfy, but it worked). For the host, a few more pictures or art on the long wall would make it a little more like home. The bus to the city worked well and is located maybe a mile or less away. Off street parking. We would stay here again.

   Stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed at - ever! Our room was very spacious, had a lovely big couch and breakfast table. Lynda was an awesome host, she was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had and really made us feel welcome. Also all the breakfast food tasted great and like good home cooked for. On our last day we let her know that the following morning we'd need to leave really early to catch our flight. Not only did she say she'd stock our room with food for the morning while we were out that day, but she also said she'd book the taxi for us to take us to the airport. The spread she left for our early breakfast was great, especially the danishes. If you need a place to stay in Scotland, this is it! Photo from the breakfast she left us for our early flight which is why it was in bags as it was brought in the day before, and we used one of the bags to take our food on the road. She also provided us with yogurt, juice and cheese but that was in the fridge. The other mornings, the food was plated as normal and looked nice

   Our stay at Ingleneuk B&B was fantastic. It is perfectly located to enjoy the city- and the countryside and it is easily reachable by bus. The room was clean and cosy, the shower was nice and the breakfast we got every morning was amazing. We got to choose what we wanted to eat the next morning out of a small menu with a great selection. Also the host, Lynda is a lovely and very friendly woman. We're happy to come back if we're ever gonna come to Edinburgh again (we stayed from 28.08.2023 - 31.08.2023). Lastly we recommend booking via the website, it was an easy booking process.

   We stayed with Lynda, in a really lovely suite. Lynda really made us feel welcome, she met us when we arrived, explained everything to us, offered us advice about local restaurants, transport routes into town and local amenities. In the morning we enjoyed the next best thing to breakfast in bed, brilliant . Lynda helped us feel almost like royalty. We felt that we have been friends for ages. Thank you Lynda we had a really wonderful stay with you, you're the best person we've stayed with for a really long time, can't wait to hopefully stay with you again. Thank you xxx

   House is on East side of Drum Brae North. Best to approach when travelling North towards A8 Glasgow Road. Very comfortable room overlooks the garden. Breakfast (ordered overnight) is served at a table in the room. Very helpful hostess. *****

   Great little b&b used previously. This time was no different, the large room with its outdoor area was spotless had everything we could have asked for and more, hair dryer, iron etc.The owner Lynda is a star nothing is too much for her and her cooked breakfasts are superb as is the rest of the breakfast selection. Has become our go to place when staying in Edinburgh. Has great bus link to city centre. Cost for 2 night stay for 2 adults was brilliant value.
