   The geniuses at head office who designed the new store 'renovation' need to be loaded onto a rocket and fired into the Sun. Why do you have to scan your receipt to get out now? It's a total mess. I have unfortunately spent quite a lot of my life in this shop, that is time that I will never get back. The bakery bit is alright though.

   Many Prices hasn’t been changed for weeks even they are increased. There is less variety, often gaps, in the evening no much left, some products doesn’t work, for example shaving gel 3 out of 4 doesn’t work or runny water coming out instead of gel, washing liquid you can’t wash it anything with it, marker pens 1 of 3 work, baking spread sometimes they use different recipe but same packaging. Prices in general increased 65 % in a year time, Lidl app you won’t get much of it now, so no worth it being tracked what you buying. Big Qs. Feel sorry for employees as I don’t think there is enough of them especially in this busy store.

   Really good bakery items, and also good prices which is really important nowadays, asked security where to find a fish, he did not only show me where to find it, but also made some suggestions what exactly I should buy depending on what I am going to cook. Incredible service !

   The staff is very rude, especially Kamila the Manager. Our debit card was charged 5 times whereas we had swiped only once. When we went to this manager to mention this error from the self-checkout counter, she bluntly responded to us saying "I don't know what to do, I don't know how to refund the money" despite asking her several times about what to do next, she kept bluntly saying the same thing over and over again. as "I don't know, I don't know". What kind of a manager is she when she can't resolve customers' grievances? This was clearly the mistake of the machine; we showed her the bank transactions, and also showed her how it was being charged multiple times, she was just trying to escape from the problem and run away.

   Worst supermarket I have ever been in my life. I live in Pollokshields and this is my closest supermarket but today was my last day shopping here. I am so tired of the filthy baskets, empty shelves and dirty tills, especially the self checkout ones. The baskets are so filthy, few days ago I started using I my own bag until a security guy told me off and advised me that it is not allowed. Apologies I can’t use the baskets, they are disgusting. Also, why in the world is the self checkout area closed in the morning?! It doesn’t make sense at all.

   Love it! It's a perfect go to convenience shop and opens till 10pm. However there's limited stock of few of the popular stuff so avoid going post 9pm.
