    I bought a pair of Robell ladies' trousers from Flagship, on line. Unfortunately, I'm too short and the trousers don't seem to come in "petite", which is a shame, because they are amazing! and it meant that I had to return them... However, my disappointment turned into a "fabulous experience" as I telephoned the shop and spoke to Ivan, co-proprietor, to enquire about these amazing trousers and ended up having a most charming conversation, but best of all, NO QUESTIONS, NO PROBLEM, he just said "send them back and we'll refund you"... just like that! I most certainly recommend Flagship Boutique not only for the fabulous clothes they sell (all amazing quality and very good brands) but for the attention you will get from the owners! Lucy A Swanton
