   Think the older woman with blonde hair n glasses at self service needs some more training on customer service, my bag of apples burst open as soon as I picked them up 2 of them rolled on the floor so I asked if I could go get another bag, " em do you not wash your apples these will go in the bin now" very loudly in front of a busy store. i said id still like a fresh bag. She repeated twice while I walked away to get a bag THESE WILL JUST GO IN THE BIN NOW. What's wrong with me wanting a fresh bag when the other had ripped open n 2 were on the floor? Place was mobbed aswell glad this isn't my local

   Use this store regularly. Young staff member named Amy always goes out of her way to help me through the checkout with my shopping and if she sees me around store due to my disability. Great customer service and deserves to be recognised for making my experience within store enjoyable. Such a great team at Pollokshaws, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   I always thought it was an Aldi... Distinguishing the difference is a mare. This Lidl has just been upgraded and updated and is a nice little supermarket, good deals, good layout but, as any Lidl/Aldi shopper knows, you wish they had more folk on the checkouts... But that's what keeps it cheap. Right? Update Apr 23... Still the same. They need some self serve checkouts to get them queues down a bit. July 23... Moved the fruit and veg around a bit, can't get Chickpeas anymore but still I come. Update Feb 2024... Chicpeas are back on the menu boys. Sept 2024... Used to be here all the time but don't think it's cheaper than the big supermarkets anymore. Wee star drop from 5 to 4.

   This is a excellent Lidl mainly due to it's proximity to my friend Jack's place. I've never been to this Lidl, but it must be tiptop if my good friend Jack goes there. I recently stayed here as it's a convenient location when departing from Glasgow Airport, and Jack's service was top notch. He greeted me with easy to understand parking instructions, provided me with locally source Scottish cuisine (if you think mashed carrots isn't appealing then don't think again) and then rounded the evening off with some light but aggresive complaining of modern football. The stay even included a free transfer to Airport, although the driver did have trouble keeping in lane, panicked at minor road closures, struggled with directions, and often threatened to make me walk
