Initially I had an issue with the item ordered but this was sorted out quickly and without fuss by Faye. How a business reacts when something does not go according to plan is a key indication of how good a business it is. On that basis - not to mention the quality of the item and the excellent price - it's a solid 5 stars.

Faye and team responded quickly to my question re the Hyper Vest for its intended use. Really quick delivery once I placed the order (think it was a couple of days) and overall very pleased with the item. Been wanting to get a weighted vest for some time but the majority are big, bulky and have to be on show. This fits under a tee shirt and you don't notice it. It is very, very fitted so really works like a vest. Really makes a massive difference to training and even promotes good posture as it is so fitted and weighted so slouching/bad posture is reduced. Granted, quite a bit more expensive than the majority/normal type of weighted vest but definitely worth it. An investment!

Faye and the team are great. Great customer service and products - we have ordered 3 hook racks, 3 storage boxes and a bespoke barbell holder, and currently waiting for a bespoke made storage box and hook rack combo, all with the company logo on, all on brand and premium. I would highly recommend
Great product and fast delivery. I do prefer YBells to dumbbells for the strength exercises I work on. The feel of the YBells and the different ways in which you can use them have meant that I can tidy up the range of kit within our home gym.
