   I am currently staying at this hotel and I am absolutely delighted with my stay. The room is very clean and spacious, and all my specific requests were respected. Housekeeping is done every day . The bedding is extremely comfortable, we sleep very, very well. The location of the hotel is also excellent: less than two minutes from the tram that goes directly to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shopping centres nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is very well located, beautiful, and the staff are truly friendly, whether at the reception, the bar, or the housekeeping team. We are truly delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

   I came here to explore Edinburgh with a friend and we had an amazing time! When we arrived after some flight difficulties, we found that the team had upgraded our accommodation and had it fully ready upon arrival. We also asked the Front Desk staff if they had any recommendations for sites to visit and they wrote us a list with some great things that we didn't have on our list already! It's a quick walk to the Royal Mile, surrounded by very fun pubs, and is very clean and well run. Thanks for an amazing stay!

   Stayed for two nights as a weekend break. Good location just 10 min walk from the train station and close to The Playhouse. Not too busy or noisy as a result. Great beds as always and room was clean and modern. Tea & coffee in room even on the basic room rate. Breakfast good, up to the usual Marriott standards. Lunch menu a bit pricey for a sandwich but loads of other places to eat nearby. Reasonable value for a 4 star hotel and the staff were all extremely helpful.

   We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh! The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to Paul (F&B), Nova and Joe (Front Desk), and Natasha (Housekeeping) — they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic — close to everything, but not right in the middle of the busy crowds, which made it so much more relaxing. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. We’ll definitely be back!

   The Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh was a wonderful base for exploring the city. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was a nice size — comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but that’s a minor thing in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Great location, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

   Booked for a night and would say the rooms are great quality for the price. I do feel the cleanliness of the room could be of a higher standard and the water pressure from the shower was a little poor. The location is AMAZING! I was £25 to travel by cab from the airport. However, there is cheaper options out there to get to the hotel - Train, Tram and buses. There is a vast amount of things to do around the hotel and some great places to go out and eat. The breakfast in the morning has a great selection and I really enjoyed the set up of the breakfast room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back and stay again.

   Wonderful staff and a great location for a hotel. I arrived early in the morning the day of my reservation, but thankfully I was able to leave my bags with the staff while I went out to explore the city. When I returned, not only was my room upgrade (for my Bonvoy tier level) but they did the courtesy of having my bags taken to the room for me while I was away, and they left me a welcome treat! The balcony to the room had a beautiful nature view, and the breakfast at the hotel Was a delicious buffet style.

   A 3 star hotel. Location is excellent a and the rooms are nice. Bed very comfortable and the place is kept clean. However given the price I was dissatisfied. Our TV didn't work in the room which normally wouldn't matter, however the rugby was on so it was a big deal. The shower is only ok. Some staff were lovely and very obliging others not so much. They stopped serving drinks at half 11 on a Saturday night and had no residents bar or room service. Overall a grand hotel but given the price I think you could expect more.

   Great service and very positive in their rapport. Rooms are delightfully beautiful and modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although I was not impacted by this, several times I witnessed the breakfast staff cleaning off a table and prepping for other patrons when the original guests went up to get more coffee, etc. There has to be a solution for this. The quality and costs are worth the twenty minute walk to key sites. There is a restaurant and bar on site. I felt safe inside and in Edinburgh.

   The rooms were nice and the front desk staff were wonderful. That being said the breakfast options were underwhelming. The full Scottish breakfast buffet was noticeably low-quality and service for anything on the menu was glacial. It took 40 minutes for a single bowl of porridge to arrive. The bar food was acceptable but nothing really wowed me. A good place to sleep, but plan on eating out if you want something memorable. Good news is there's plenty of options nearby.
