Extremely poor attitude; I’m all for a challenging conversation and a discussion - but after asking to purchase a bottle the absolute TIRADE I had to listen to around cashless society, parking fees, transaction fees, communism and the SNP - and being told I am the problem - all because I wanted to pay with card instead of cash. Wholly unprofessional and completely ridiculous interaction in a shop, 2 days before Christmas.
