   Before the Ramon Allones Absolutos Launch Event I popped into Robert Grahams in Glasgow for a wee chat. Alison helped answer a few questions then showed me the new delivery of Springbank whiskies so got myself the 12 year old cash strength. The event they held at the Dakota later that evening was absolutely superb. Alison stepped up to guide us through the new Ramon Allones cigar and the amazing Master Blender for Tomintoul whisky Iain Forteath presented us with 2 amazing whiskies. All of the Robert Graham staff looked after us as always.

   I’ve recently taken up pipe smoking, and over the past month or two I’ve visited Robert Graham several times to get started with pipes, accessories, and blends. As someone new to the art of pipe smoking I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed, or what would suit my tastes, but the experience has been nothing short of excellent. A special mention has to go to Alison, who has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Her knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to recommend blends and pipes that suited me perfectly, always offering thoughtful guidance without being pushy. Thanks to her, I’ve discovered great tobacco blends that I never would have chosen on my own, and I’m already building a collection I’m genuinely excited about. Robert Graham is a shop that makes you feel welcome whether you’re new or experienced. With staff like Alison, it’s clear they value passion, expertise, and good old-fashioned customer care. I’m very glad I walked through their door—thank you so much. Will be back again soon. J

   Incredible place. I went in this evening for a cigar to go with my whisky of choice and Leithen spent a good ten minutes with me. Incredible expertise and knowledge, gave me confidence in my purchase. He’s a credit to the business and an asset. I love this shop, it’s an absolute must visit for any whisky or cigar enthusiast. Can’t rate it highly enough, shame there isn’t a 6 or 7 star option. Fantastic.

   Very bad service ,advertisement for whiskey at a certain price and then saying it is not in stock , only to increase it a few days later when they had it in stock all the time, Will never buy off them again poor service from a once respected shop.
