   The Southside team was truly professional in helping me secure a perfect flat. The application process was incredibly efficient, and I was always impressed by how promptly the staff responded to my queries. The thoughtful welcome bag on move-in day was also a lovely, unexpected touch! Their professionalism continued throughout my tenancy and even after I had moved out.I would like to give a special thanks to Rob McDonald, who was my main point of contact throughout my time with Southside. Most recently, Rob went above and beyond when an Amazon parcel was accidentally delivered to my old address. He stepped in to coordinate communication between myself and the new tenant to find a solution, which took a huge weight off my mind. It is rare to find such dedicated support after a lease has ended. Highly recommended!

Gotten a very cute welcome package (never received one with any other housing agent!!), and responses to any problems were solved or communicated quickly! Ione has been a stellar property manager and really appreciate Southside for checking in on us even after our move! (shoutout to Scott!). Great experience.

   We had a very good experience with Southside. We were their tenants for almost 2 years and all the issues were always sorted in a good speed. Our property manager (Ryan) was always very helpful and super quick to answer any questions / issues. Our leaving process was also smooth and without any complications.    We have been renting with Southside for just over a year now, and have had a great experience throughout. Our property manager, Eleonora, was fantastic, always quick to respond to any queries or issues, and everything was always sorted in a timely manner. We recently had to move flats, and are very happy we have stayed with Southside. Our new property manager, Jack, went above and beyond to bring our move-in date forward to help us avoid a gap between flats. Thank you again Jack! We were also surprised with a lovely little welcome pack upon collecting our keys, full of some essentials, which was extremely useful! Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Southside, and would highly recommend them. We have rented from several other agencies in the past, but Southside is the best! ☺️
