Best property management company in Edinburgh. Myself and my partner had only a positive experience with a flat in town whilst renting a flat for 2 years. All requests were dealt with quickly, rent was very reasonable and the team were really lovely and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Used them to find tenants for our home that we had to move out of due to work relocation. The tenants that they found damaged our property and in one case only stayed a few months. This wasn’t what we wanted at all and this agency didn’t seem to have screened the tenants adequately. We also found their manner to be not very professional and there were several inconveniences as a result of their service (e.g damage not spotted at checkout inspection, keys not returned after viewing). We not be able to reccomend this company to anyone who needs to rent out their property in Edinburgh.
Fantastic experience. Myself and my flatmate were in desperate need of a short-term let and found Lance to be quick to respond, very helpful, and overall solved our situation with apparent ease, but importantly he maintained communication along the way and never left us hanging like some other letting agencies. The flat itself was clean, modern, great central location, and overall met all our expectations. Would highly recommend Lance and A Flat In Town.
I rented a beautiful flat with A Flat in Town from 2017-2018 and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Having had a bad experience with another Edinburgh-based letting agency, I was impressed by the staff's commitment to us as tenants and the flat itself. Initially, Lucy was our property manager and she was brilliant - very friendly and helpful. During the year, Nicola became our property manager and she was equally as friendly and accommodating - both lovely people! If there were any issues (only once or twice) with the property, they were quickly resolved with ease. I cannot recommend renting with A Flat in Town enough - they are a genuine company who value their tenants and not to mention the outstanding quality of housing they provide. 10/10, thank you!
Cant' thank 'A Flat in Town' enough! From the moment that I emailed Lance to enquire about the property to the moment I moved out, they were attentive, helpful and supportive! We moved from Birmingham to Edinburgh, so it was a big and stressful move however Lance made sure that everything was ready and was flexible with us picking up the keys! This meant that after a 5 and a half hour drive with all our belongings, we arrived in a clean flat with the heating already put on for us! The photos of the flat were very realistic and any questions or help that we needed were answered quickly! It has had a huge impact on making our move a succesful one. Do not hesitate to use 'A Flat in Town', they are by far the best agency I have come across! Thanks Lance!!
A Flat in Town is an amazing letting agency. I've rented a flat with them for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Everyone is very friendly. When I had electrical problems it was dealt with immediately. Communication is always good and easy... I really recommend them!
