   I'm a landlord with three properties and have had a management company manage these for me. I have had numerous issues. In the past twelve months I moved one of the properties to Arden and the difference is like night and day. I feel I can really trust Arden to carry out everything expected in a professional, and that both my interests and the tenants are looked after.

   Professional staff members who do tend to keep you informed of what is going on with your property/ies. We have been a long standing client to Arden and that is purely down to the service we have received. We have tried other agents in the past and Arden are far superior to them. If we have had issues arise, it is always dealt with fairly, professionally and promptly.

   The excellence with which Arden Property operates is profound. What is mind blowing for me is how swiftly they respond to your problems in their property. If an issue comes up, just phone Arden or leave a note on CRM (their repair reporting system). Promptly, they rise to the occasion and solve it; they would even go extra-mile to make you comfortable. Clearly, they are BIG on property maintenance... I will re-rent from Arden, buy from them, offer them my property to manage and of course, recommend them to anyone! They should keep at this good work and allow nothing to bring down their standard. ARDEN PROPERTY DESERVES THE ESTAS AWARD, AND MORE, 100%!

   My agent was very distant and could only be accessed occasionally by email, which he sometimes didn’t reply to, forcing me to call Arden directly. I had to beg for a second dehumidifier, they did not warn me that living in this flat would cost extra to run two dehumidifiers 24/7. They are also making lots of mistakes in their deposit return right now, if you do choose Arden then don’t let them take your deposit lightly as it seems they make claims about almost anything and will back down when proven wrong.

   I have only recently started renting from Arden. I must say the entire experience has been great. I started by talking to Azaia who helped find me a property that suited me. Once I found a flat I liked, Morag helped me with the application process, answered all my questions and was understanding when any issues popped up. Now I have Ali as my property manager, he is fair and reasonable, any requests or issues are promptly dealt with. Would I recommend Arden properties? Absolutely, it seems to be a common theme that the staff are just helpful, friendly and responsive. I genuinely don't know what more you can ask for out of your property manager.

   Poor communication with tenant, and between Arden and landlord. No urgency for emergency repairs (no heating/hot water for 1 month and still not resolved). Lied to and cut short during phone calls so they could get off the phone. Contractors for completing jobs are unexperienced and quite obviously the cheapest around. Moreover, the process for assigning contractors is ineffective and therefore very slow, that is, if they manage to assign the correct trade They are probably not the worst, but defiantly heading that way

   One year ago we moved into Edinburgh and had been very difficult to find a flat to rent. Thanks to Arden Property we successfully rented a very nice flat. The staff were extremely helpful and the letting process went smoothly from begining to end. Our property manager is Malcolm Brown who is very professional, friendly and dealt with any issues promptly. We would recommend their services to anyone finding their next home.

   Arden is good agency . Pauline Davies is really busy property manager but professional and always kind. Anna, Christine, are approachable and nice. I left the flat for other reason not because of the agency . Thanks for help me when the other agencies don’t give me a flat because I was not live in Edinburgh that time . And I have my deposit back with no issues. Happy new year to you all .
