   We stayed here for one week in December. Our host was amazing, gave a great starting tour and some recommendations in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for four people. You're quickly in the centre of Edinburgh with a bus stop nearby.

   I booked this apartment via Bookabach for 9 nights, paid NZ $5,757 deposit and received confirmation of my booking. Sometime later the host cancelled the booking with no explanation. I received a refund, but NZ $164 less than I paid. I wrote to Vrbo requesting that the full amount be refunded. I received a case number via return email, but now 1 month later have had no further follow up despite writing to them a second time. I advise caution booking this property or using Bookabach/Vrbo.

   This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Hollyrood Park and Arthur's Seat are practically on your doorstep and the city centre is a short 20 minute walk away. It's also a short drive to get to some stunning beaches. The apartment is quiet and peaceful despite being in a city, and it has everything you need. It's fantastic.
