Ordered this evening as I have many times In the past and never any issues. This will be my LAST!!!!!!!!! Received my wine and as I took it out bag and placed on worktop, the bottle smashed. Called shop straight away! They got in touch with driver and it was not damaged en route. Girl at shop explained she had looked at CCTV and the bottle was fine( apparently) I said the bottle could have been damaged on shelf! Anyway, matter was not resolved. As a loyal customer for the sake of a £5.99 bottle of wine I would have replaced it. Not good customer service at all, bad service recovery! Will use Snappy shopper elsewhere!
