   Previous to my current tenancy I had no experience with Cairn Letting. My initial impression was that they were far more organised and timely in their communications and responses that other letting agencies I had previously dealt with in Edinburgh. Camilla a member of their team who managed the particular property was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all interactions in person and by email and all maintenance issues thus far have been resolved swiftly.    I moved to Edinburgh to study Veterinary Medicine, I had spent over four months having to find a home that would allow me to send my animals here. I am incredibly grateful that I had found Cairn Letting. They have been exceptionally professional and helped the leasing agreement process go smoothly. This was the work of leasing agent Alannah, and I highly recommend them. I have told other students about them, as well. They been responsive and address any repairs or other issues.    Cherie and her team at Cairn have been excellent from start to finish in the process of putting my first flat up for let. Cherie visited my property within 24 hours of my initial call and beat multiple other agents on fees whilst keeping up a great service and communication. Being a new landlord I only knew the basics of what I needed to do, however Cherie took care of the rest and within 5 days of putting the property on the market I have secured tenants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cairn to anyone.

   Cairn Lettings been looking after our portfolio since they took over our previous agency . A few tears ago . Absolutely brilliant, saw us through covid lockdowns and on the ball getting decent tenants. Lianna Denholm in particular is excellent . She keeps us on our toes when certificates are due ( so important) and she is the complete professional as a property manager . My tenants have nothing but praise also when dealing with Cairn .
