All too often nowadays customer service in retail is non existent. Then you deal with the two "Matt's" at the Clarkston VPZ store. I had some problems with the kit they sold me. The problem wasn't their making but the way they both helped to solve the problem restored my faith in the fact that some people still give a dam about there jobs and go above and beyond to help their customers. Well done to VPZ for creating this culture within their retail teams.

Happy to introduce a lot of flavours to me and excited by the prospect of sharing something they both clearly enjoy.
