   I have been using AM Lettings for many years to let out a property. Jackie and Lauren are a pleasure to deal with and I have had similar feedback from my tenants. I am sure that many issues are dealt with by them without fuss and when I need to be involved any issue with the property is sorted quickly and without drama. I am confident relying on their advice which always seems spot on. They genuinely seem to care about what they do and that fairness to landlord and tenant is important to them. Would definitely recommend.

   We are new tenants with AM Lettings Dalkeith and we found the stress of the upheaval and arrangements involved in moving home was kept to a minimum due to the way they dealt with us. Everything was made very clear at each step and during the setting up of the tenancy we were kept up to date regularly by email. Any queries we had were very quickly resolved as they were always available on the phone and we received immediate attention. That has continued to be the case with the minor matters that inevitably crop up with a new home. We have never been made to feel we were being a nuisance and they have always displayed that special balance between friendliness and professionalism. As a result we are now settled in our new home and enjoying every minute of it. I would not hesitate to recommend renting a property through AM Lettings. U&D

   We have rented our property with AM Lettings for around 18 months now. We haven't had many reasons to make contact, but whenever we have, Lauren has always been very responsive and a we have had a positive outcome with all of our issues so far. We have rented through other agencies in the past who have provided a poor service, made obvious when in comparison to AM Lettings.
