   Dropped in to Suave Owl to have a mooch. Came out with a shirt and coat. To find a shop that sells clothes that fit me perfectly is a rare thing, and I’m always much happier to buy from independent retailers. so I’m very happy. The shirt screams quality and just feels great. Tony, the owner chatted to me about my size and how he designed the shirt himself to suit bigger blokes (he should know! The guy is a unit!!) Really excellent service - even ironed the shirt for me as it came from stock and had fold creases. If you go in, chat to him. He’ll be able to give you good advice. All round superb experience and quality clothes. Thanks.

   Never bothered to respond to multiple emails trying to work out the process for having a private suit fitting with me and my groomsmen. Did not seem particularly interested when asked in store either & lied that emails had been responded to. Have gone elsewhere for my suits. Edit in response to owner: Perfectly legitimate review as poor comms with a prospective client. Nothing received in junk (or any other folder) which my partner told you in-person as I had checked several times when attempting to get in touch. Perhaps the information for your Grooms Room should be clearer online for future prospective clients.

   Suave Owl has restored my faith in Bath Shopping. I confess to walking past it a few times as the window display is very uninspiring and put me off from going in. Thanks to a hefty rain shower I went in. The inside of the shop could not be more different than the outside. It's wonderful! such a fantastically curated collection of both smart and casual clothing. The sales assistant, Gary I believe, was another reason for giving a 5 star review. He knew my size, despite me thinking otherwise :-), he picked out suits, trousers and waistcoats, all which I purchased. Thank you !
