   Came in on Friday 26th April with big budget to spend and two guys there didn’t even look at me let alone acknowledge me, they were busy discussing their plans for their night out instead. I seen several things I would like to buy but couldn’t be bothered due to the attitude of the staff. As a business owner myself I feel very sorry for the owners

   Horrible returns policy. Ordered a pair of 34 x 32 jeans online however the system put it through as 34 x 34. I was told I have to pay to have them sent back recorded delivery (a small fortune on top of the £6 delivery I’d already paid) even though it was their error. I took the jeans to nudie jeans direct and they took them up to my size free of charge, much better customer service. It honestly was John Anthony’s mistake but they refused to help at all and basically called me a liar. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

   This store is impeccably presented. Bright, spotlessly clean, and well laid out. The staff are super helpful too and can’t do enough for you. The item that I wanted wasn’t in stock so they ordered it for me from the Swindon store which arrived the next day! There is a very wide range of premium items available to browse without being pounced on, however there is always someone on hand to help if needed (a very difficult balance to achieve!) This store is definitely going on my list of go to places for future purchases.

   First time coming here, everything looked so tidy and clean. So happy they got MKI in the shop now. Bought size L tshirt of PLAY Comme des Garçons in purple, asked the guy if he had more of these in the bag as I prefer new tshirts.. he went for me to look in the back but unfortunately nothing left. I decided I will buy it then he mentioned everything came new in since yesterday at 16:00. So strange there is no size L left in the back store while everything only arrived yesterday....... not sure if he really did check for me but either way I am happy with my purchase.

   Very pleasant shopping experience. Staff are anticipating clients needs and always nearby or listening to assist. Max (with the nose piercing) and Craig managed to secure a very valuable pair of sunglasses that were left behind until we returned later that week, giving us even more confidence to shop again.
