    Fantastic service, especially from one guy, super helpful, kind, and great to chat with. My only tiny criticism? He’s a Man U supporter, but I guess none of us can be perfect.

    Suit hire for funeral. I tried to hire a suit for a formal family funeral. I booked a fitting service. The sraff were friendly and after several attempts found a fit and size that fitted. Once ordered the delivery was day before the funeral. It was a work day so I had my suit collected. Sadly it was not the correct fit I ordered. Too late change. The trousers fitted but not the jacket. I returned to the store and explained the wrong fit was ordered. Only the trousers were suitable.. I said I didn't want pay for a service and an item that I couldn't use. They were not able to offer a refund even though it was not my mistake. I offered a partial refund but no manger was in to help so I had leave. Customer service emailed once but never followed up. Talking to the store staff I learnt that even though I booked a fitting appointment the ordering is still a gamble. Such a waste of customers time. Happy to take money and gamble on a hire but never compensate when it goes wrong. Avoid the hire service. Too big a risk if you have an import event. Still no follow up from the store manager or customer service a week later. Shocking

    Visited the Bath Store to buy a 3 piece suit, shirts Etc. The service I received from Gary was exemplary. He went out of his way to ensure everything I bought fitted correctly. The quality of all I bought was excellent and I thought the prices were good value for money. I will be returning in the future. Thank you Gary, thank you Moss Bros.

    Visited here twice now, in an attempt to discuss hiring/buying options for 10 suits for my wedding. On both occasions, staff were inattentive and seemed generally disinterested. Waited around 20 minutes to speak to someone, but that moment never came. It's a real shame as Moss Bros would have been incredibly convenient, but if it's proven this difficult to talk to a member of staff, I don't feel comfortable entrusting them to provide a smooth experience.

    Please avoid, an overall very poor experience whilst buying and renting suits for my wedding day. The issues encountered included: - when ringing the store on numerous occasions over the space of several months, the calls would get answered roughly 1 in 8 times I rang (during operating hours) with it being tremendously more time consuming and difficult to get through to the store than expected / than acceptable, - poor customer service and complete lack of attentiveness in store when asking for advice on available suits options, fittings etc and I got the general impression that the staff didn’t really care about helping customers with this inevitably resulting in my wedding suit trousers being very tight and uncomfortable on the day, although the staff in the shop that aided with my fitting confirmed it was a perfect fit 3 weeks before on purchase, - on having to cancel a rented suit 4 weeks before the wedding day, I was told that the team were looking into what they could do and confirmed a full refund may be possible although they would ring me back a week later. 10 days later I received no call so I rang the store but was told they would ring again a week later. 10 days later again, no phone call from the store. This went on for 4 weeks and I have still not received a phone call to confirm the refund, which is highly frustrating but I wouldn’t expect anything more from a store with such poor customer service

    Nice suits but poor organisation. When attempting to pick up a couple of suits a few days before the wedding the staff were frantically searching through bags and it quickly became evident that the suits were never ordered. They eventually got them to us the day beforehand but it was stress we did not need. I also found a pack of cigarettes in the suit pocket so I'm doubtful about how well the suits are cleaned.

    We recently hired 5 suits for our wedding. This shop was excellent. We went for a consultation which was really helpful. Ahad was very attentive and explained everything really well. After we collected the suits, just two days before the wedding one of the groomsmen discovered his waistcoat didn't fit. The store sorted it out and had someone courier the right size to our wedding venue on the morning of the wedding! Now that's what I call excellent service! Overall we were very impressed with the suit hire, they were all lovely and in excellent condition. Definitely recommend this place for wedding attire!

    I booked a styling session with Moss Bros in Bath and had the help of a guy called Ben. He was really nice and definitely knew his stuff and helped me find the perfect fitting suit, within budget for my girlfriend's graduation. If you are like me and need a suit, but don't know what you're looking for, then booking a free styling session is an amazing idea!

    Booked an appointment to choose a wedding suit, I waited to make sure they could fit my larger size before arranging 5 other matching suits. On arrival I was told there would not be any measuring as this happened on the next visit. Luckily I had viewed the hire suit on the website as the assistant was totally distracted by another customer and I didn’t have time to show me the options. I chose a suit and provided my measurements from memory (again no measurements were actually taken) I left after 15 minutes after being told the suit and accessories were being ordered in two sizes and would be sent to the store in a weeks time. The assistant seemed to switch off further when I stated I didn’t want to pay for all the suits at this point until I was happy they could fit me first. I was a little dissatisfied with the visit as the assistant didn’t seem to be paying much attention. But not been experienced with hiring suits I thought it was how things were achieved. About four days later I received a voicemail to say my suit was ready for collection. As this was not quite correct I tried phoning the store but after 27 calls where the phone rang and then was cut off I gave up on that day. The next day after 9 attempts I finally got through and was told it was a mistake but my outfits had arrived for a trial fitting and I could come in any time for this. A few days later we attended the Bath store again and this time there were 2 female assistants and one tried to help but initially couldn’t find any suit in my name, eventually she found a bag and said everything was inside. We I opened the bag there was only one jacket and one pair of trousers inside, nothing else. The jacket didn’t fit and when I explained there was supposed to be the full outfit in 2 sizes the assistant went to look for another bag but eventually came back and said nothing else was in the store. She did apologise but had the brunt of our anger as we had a 30miles round trip to get to the store for a wasted journey. She took all the details and measurements again and said she would speak to the original assistant and get everything ordered again which would take a week. After a week we heard nothing and after repeated attempts to phone the store, I’ve just given up. Even if they contact me, I have no confidence in MossBross and the Bath store. Having now read recent reviews I wouldn’t trust them for such an important product and a very important day
