Excellent and friendly service! We really appreciated the expert guidance Bob and the team gave us when choosing suits for our wedding and co-ordinating the gents with the bridal party.
We were told the day before our wedding that our suits weren’t going to be delivered. One of our party had to pick them up at the last minute. The ties they ordered were the wrong colour but it was too late by the time they arrived. Staff were rude and defensive and did not take accountability for the issues we experienced. Extremely disappointing service and experience.
I went to find out about wedding suits met a very professional lady who explained the whole range of attire. I bought a very nice suit, shirt and a lovely pair of shoes tried everything on, any alterations were made at no extra cost, I will go back later this week for a final fitting. Couldn't find any fault with this lovely shop. Highly recommended for any occasion or just to look good.
What can I say except - First Class service with a smile! Having discovered I needed a black tuxedo on the afternoon of the event I called in to Fox in the House and was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. No more than 15 minutes later, new suit sorted and the trousers were on their way to be adjusted and a couple of hours later I collected my new suit!! The shop has many quality items and I would recommend it to anyone looking for fine products with fine service to match ! Thank you Fox in the House - see you again soon !
Excellent service with great choice and a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. You are greeted on entry upon which you discuss your requirements before going to the dress room to be sized. All suits and formal wear can be purchased or a good selection can be hired. You get a personal service were every decision is yours but advice is available on hand to make your experience pleasent and hassle free. Overall, a great experience was had by all and we felt confident in our final decision.
Amazing experience with cath and Harriet. So lovely and amazing at what they do. I felt stunning in my wedding dress and my husband looked incredible in his suit. Couldn't thank the ladies enough for all their hard work and for making us feel so comfortable.
Bob was fantastic from beginning to end. We went to a few shot shops to pick the suits for myself and my groomsmen but the difference with Fox in the House was vast, they gave opinion and options as well as resolving any queries we had. He was always responsive and made sure we were welcomed well. The suits as you can see are magnificent! Thanks again Bob!
