I love visiting the store, all the girls are super accommodating and are super kind to every customer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Please bring back order in store ASAP, I prefer to order in this store as the staff are super helpful, rather than ordering myself online. It’s very disappointing, I hope the company get this up and running quickly.
Always amazing service from Jackie, Tia and the other ladies in the store. Great advice and always end up buying more than I plan to, they always do my orders for me. 5* always!
A great little store, lots of styles to offer for a variety of ages. Staff are always super friendly, chatty and helpful when I visit to purchase a gift for my girlfriend.
Went there recently and felt like I had interrupted a meeting. Atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable. The staff were trying on clothes mid shift and were all in the changroom area giving their opinions. I went to try something on and firstly felt so uncomfortable as the curtain didn't close properly so there were gaps either side. Secondly one of the members of staff opened the curtain and whilst this was by accident I feel they should have a better system. This experience was disappointing as in the past they have been friendly and organised with a focus on the customer but this for some reason has changed.
We have been to the Devizes shop twice recently. The first time, we walked in and there were 4 girls, 2 on each side of the till, drinking mugs of coffee(?). The animated conversation stopped when we walked in, making us feel so uncomfortable, we walked out. The second time was this week. We went in to buy specific items. There was one girl helping customers and two helping a friend try on clothes. The fitting rooms were inaccessible. My daughter eventually got into a fitting room only for the "friend" to open the curtain to use the mirror. By this time all 3 staff members were around the fitting rooms looking at what the friend was trying on. We, along with other customers trying to use the fitting rooms, left the shop. I believe ( can't be sure) another customer also left after queuing at the till for several minutes. It feels like interrupting a teenage sleepover! Not professional and not comfortable
I personally think new look is quite pricey so dont go in there too often but when i do its spacious with a lot of variety and friendly staff willing to lend a hand.
Amber was very friendly and she was very easy to chat to. Sale was fabulous. Would definitely come again
Nice clothes, jewelry etc but the queue is normally long, and sometimes the store is a little cramped with clothes in the wrong places.
Couldn't find a thing to buy very disappointed. I have a gift voucher trying to get it spent!!!!
Would have been 5 stars but in the past it took 2 weeks for purchase to arrive in store
