   I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at the Chippenham branch of Next. Despite clearly advertised opening hours stating the store was open until 8 PM, the staff had arbitrarily decided to close early. I arrived well before the advertised closing time specifically to collect parcels — a task that cannot simply be deferred or done elsewhere, as this store serves as a designated parcel hub. While I understand that clothes or furniture shopping may not always be time-sensitive, the same cannot be said for parcel collections. I made a deliberate effort to travel to the store in good time, only to find the doors shut and staff already locking up. There was no signage or prior notice to indicate that opening hours had changed. This lack of reliability and disregard for customers’ time is incredibly frustrating. If the store cannot adhere to its stated hours, then that should be made clear on the website and store signage. It’s particularly galling when a customer has gone out of their way to meet the supposed window of availability. Next should take more care to ensure its branches respect their own stated commitments and understand the inconvenience caused by such inconsistency.

   Tried to take advantage of the 0% finance option in store for furniture. After spending multiple hours in the store, with the store staff attempting to assist - have decided to shop elsewhere. Their processes simply don' work (ancient tech, out of date android devices, poorly trained staff). In essence - 'Next' offer a service that they can not fulfil. "Have 0% interest on goods, but we're going to make the process so difficult for our staff to navigate, that you'll actually never get to use the service". Fraudulent advertising.

   Always a really good place to shop. Next quality is excellent. Easy parking and good selection of clothes. Home section is very small. Handy to have the click and collect in store and returns process to the store is great. HIghly recommended

   I love shopping in next they have a good selection of clothes and are of all good quality,there is also a small home section with lots of nice bits for the house.There is plenty of parking on site.
