    I visited the Trowbridge Store this afternoon. I felt incredibly guilty, because there was a male employee taking the time to merchandise all the stock. I specifically wanted to purchase night time wear/ nighties for my mum who is in a care home in Melksham. I probably took six or seven items, but needed to be sure of style and size. I apologised to the male employee for disturbing the display, but also being indecisive. This particular employee was so understanding of my reasons for buying these products, but actually had the empathy to understand the reason behind my purchase. These garments were for my mum, diagnosed with Alzheimer's at 64 year's of age, but we like her to be comfortable and beautiful. I didn't manage to catch the employees name. I just wanted to personally say "Thankyou"

    I love shopping in this store The staff are helpful and friendly lt was great to see it reopen after this lockdown l bought few items and treated myself to a puffy type jkt similar to the one I bought last year l Dont want it to close altogether lt has something for nearly everyone and reasonable prices Wished we had one in Frome, tho it nearly did happen back in Aoril if lm right in saying ,yep a great store!!
