Gone downhill since Fatima from Govanhill Baths left. Just a private club for the woman who runs it and her pals. Despite being pubicallly funded the programme of events is sparse, poorly attended and badly managed. What a shame. Used to be such a well used vibrant community hub. Inaccessible for anyone with a disability.
Nice place to bring family or to meet up with friends. Tabassum and the rest of the staff have created a nice space in the heart of Pollokshields, love the picnic tables, tent and climbing frame for kids to play. Also the manjis(straw beds). Nice green space which is always crowded and lots of different events taking place.
This is a beautiful, uplifting & truly multicultural community led space, which under the discerning leadership of (national treasure) Tabussum has gone from strength to strength. I love this place! Long may it thrive!

An oasis in the hubbub of metropolitan streets. Been to the Bowling Green for several events. All enjoyable, staff friendly and a welcoming environment.
Amazing place, lots of spare ground, kids love it, and they make you feel very welcome.
