Play area isn't too big, but it has different activities types, which is good. If you are coming not as a group, no booking required. Toilets are clean, and there's a lovely children's stair there for the youngest.

We had a fantastic experience at Pandamonium for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The staff were so accommodating and very helpful. The organisation of the whole day was top class - compared to other play centres we have used we literally didn’t have to think about or do anything it was amazing! And the added novelty of being able to also have a mascot as part of the party celebrations was great. Would highly recommend and have already booked for her next birthday too!

Lively place for kids to play. Paid £32 for 2 kids age 4&6. Ticket includes any choice of finger foods. However if you don't want the food, you can get ticket only. There is a large area foe adult to sit. Plenty of spaces for car park.

Staff are always super friendly and the soft play is great for kids. Parents can go on the soft play with their kids or have lunch while they run riot. Nice, clean and fairly priced.

Needing a refurb and good clean! Mounds of dust, one of two trampolines closed off, go carts removed to make way for the toddler space. Food changed a while back, not for the better. Better places nearby

Did not enjoy my experience at this place. £29 for 2 children with a meal deal. Waited over 30 min for food to then be told they had run out of the food we had ordered! When we ordered other food it took ages to arrive and the food was cold and like cardboard, and the orange drinks were of very poor quality. Tables crammed together, floor very dirty and as we left we went to use the toilets, each cubicle was filthy, I wouldn't allow the children to use them. An experience I never want to repeat.

Unfortunately I feel this place tries to cram as many customers in as possible and the play atra isn't that big. 3 parties and a huge queue of customers on Saturday afternoon. Food queue over 20mins long, staff run off their feet, music so loud you can't hear your kid shouting on you or speak to the people at your table. Don't think we will be back.

We went for a fun play day out with our 1 and 2 year old today but left deflated and before our 2 hour play session was done. The place lived up to its name, it certainly was pandemonium! Staff rushing around all over the place and very unsure of what they were doing, the place was far too busy to be able to enjoy your time there, the tables crushed together and felt like I was sat with a neighbouring family rubbing elbows, our juices were knocked over on several occasions by other adults trying to squeeze past, the under 4 area was a big disappointment, all of the toys were dirty and most were broken. There was a messy pile in the corner of dress up costumes but were aged upwards of 5+ and again dirty. We ordered food. 2x American hotdogs with chips, and a panini plus kids meals, chips were undercooked, the panini had chicken tikka filling which was hot and cold at the same time, tortilla chips as a side were soggy. I had to ask a member of staff to wipe down a high chair for our toddler which was thick with just stoor, dust and all sorts of food! The receptionist was loud and very dismissive, she was giving a stern telling to a young member of staff that she was stressed and busy when she asked for her advice while another brushed past and out the main entrance saying”I’m away for a fag” clearly but off more than they can chew and instead of limiting numbers they’re taking your money and allowing for a terrible experience. Ladies toilets had paper all over the floor all sanitary bins and waste bin were full to the brim, no toilet roll on the rolls in any cubicle. The car park was just as hectic as inside. We spent £50 for an hour of absolute chaos the only member of staff that was helpful and had a smile on his face was a young lad named Aidan, every other staff member we came into contact with had a growl on their face and a look that they just could not be bothered with the hassle (asking for the likes of a straw or a fork), felt bad for the young members of staff that were rushed off their feet and under a lot of pressure. We won’t return to pandemonium based on todays experience. Gave 1 star rating because I can’t give a zero. Don’t waste your money taking your little ones here.
