   I had such a lovely experience with Shahida at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Glasgow Airport. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and she really made me feel good before my flight. I was travelling to Disneyland with my family, and her warm energy and expert advice added an extra bit of magic to the start of our trip. Thank you, Shahida, for taking the time to help me and for making the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by her counter if you’re passing through!

   Elizabeth Proven from the Elizabeth Arden shop at the duty free in Glasgow was so kind and patient with me when we were there. She did a mini eye lift using some products and 10 mins later I was back to purchase them after catching a glimpse of myself in a mirror. She's such a lovely lady and very knowledgeable about the products.

   Very disappointing selection of whiskies. As I fly with a cary on, I couldn't have purchased anything interesting in the city and was looking forward to getting something good at the airport. Prices are reasonable though.
