Popped in today a great range of snuff on offer all reasonably priced and great friendly service will defo use again.
What a lovely place to visit and buy cigars, even if sold elsewhere I’d always return here. Cant recommend DH Dalling enough. If you’re looking for a special place, it’s right here. Wonderful knowledge staff and outstanding shop.
I ordered a H. Upmann Magnum 54 Havana Cuban cigar online from the shop about a week ago and paid £5 delivery from Ayr to Troon, I called the shop about 4 days later to enquire why my cigar hadn’t arrived yet to be told quite rudely that I couldn’t possibly have ordered online as the website isn’t live yet? The woman then asked me what I had ordered and said she would get it delivered, no apology whatsoever and I wonder if I hadn’t enquired if my cigar would have actually been sent. When it arrived by the Royal Mail postman the expensive cigar was wrapped in cardboard which was burst open, no plastic tube to protect it? Could quite easily have been damaged. Very disappointing experience.
To be honest the previous manager who was an extremely nice lady is sadly missed by myself is no longer there now the current people that are there I suppose are passable but current stocks of cigars are low n there's no real variety anymore I think I'll need to find a new tobacconist I've heard there's one in Paisley I might need to check it it
This place deserves its longevity and iconic status in Ayr. Lovely staff, product range is amazing for such a small place. New staff in rhe last week or two, and they fit the place very well. Only place we buy tobacco products
I’ve known their manager, Rhys, for some years now and his work ethics are impeccable. All products are carefully inspected and maintained, with fair prices and superb customer care. I’m very happy with all my orders so far and I’ll keep coming back to them for more!

Stopped in here on a trip to the beach, picked up some cigars to enjoy on my walk. Rhys was fantastic at helping me choose which cigars, very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop itself is beautiful, a real classic tobacconist. Will definitely pop back in on my next trip to Ayr!
