    Film was brilliant but cinema hall 12 was absolutely freezing.I have a lung disease and being cold exacerbates it so it wasn't the best experience. Also food and drinks were expensive it was £4.80 for an irn bru. I think I would rather go elsewhere next time which is a shame because it used to be a great cinema

    I do like this cinema, but it's expensive compared to other cinemas I've been to. The main lobby looked dead. They did sell a lot of snacks and drinks like popcorn, nachos, crisps, sweets, chocolate, slushies and other fizzy drinks. To be fair, the cinema did have a few people watching the movie (fantastic 4) as well. Seats were comfy and it was a good experience.

    My guy Felix 10 out of 10 cinema hospitality. Was extremely helpful with all of our very complicated requirements and due to a lack of stock provided us with more than sufficient compensation in terms of popcorn and nachos this man was so helpful and eager to progress his own personal development on the tills by figuring out how to do the split payment and our extreme demands and overall very friendly and cool guy he was very open and honest about his experience of dealing with tills and just really took away any grievances we may have over a lack of stock with his overwhelmingly friendly service 100% would recommend give this man a medal and a raise. Well done dude!

    Management is a joke. Me and my wife were excited to go see the new Thunderbolts film. Website was down all week, so had to go in and buy tickets to go see Thunderbolts for the following day. A bit pricey, but was excited to see the film. Next day comes around, and it turns out that the tickets were for the previous day. The teenage boy (really nice guy) who helped me out tried to get the tickets changed for today so we could go see it, but manager stonewalled him. Management said I'd have to buy brand new tickets... meaning I'd be spending £50, on one film, for two people... that'll be on Disney+ in about a month or two. Bear in mind, the cinema was absolutely dead. We looked at the seating availability for the next film on one of the machines, and there were tons of free seats that clearly weren't going to be used. It would have cost the cinema absolutely nothing to just reallocate the tickets and let us in to see the film. Cineworld, if you're watching this, I vote young-guy-who-tried-to-help-me for Management position 2026. The only thing current management are making look good is piracy.

    Its not how cinema is meant to be. There's just no atmosphere to the place. The staff were nice and food as expected with over inflated daylight robbery prices. I had a group of kids and adults behind us and they rattled our row of seats and my seat seemed to be battered more than anyones. Dont take kids to cinemas and let them spoil the film for others next to you. I had 4 kids and they would have known NOT TO rattle and kick seats in front of them. Adults need to teach kids how to behave! Not the cinemas fault but overall, I won't rush back!

    Amazing Experience, got treated so well, I went with my friend and when he realised that he didn't have enough money for a ticket, Brian, the security guard working there paid for him and gave us free popcorn and drinks, he even agreed to be in our photo with a batman mask, since we were watching batman returns this is by far the best cinema I've ever been to

    A pretty decent cinema! The highlight of this venue is the staff- they’re always super friendly and welcoming. The cinema is relatively clean however it could really do with some updating. I’ve had a few issues with seats being a little wonky and toilets being a bit unclean but nothing major. Bonus that this cinema has a baskin robins counter!
