   My son had his 8th birthday here with a nerf party they had a blast and few of the staff were really lovely we would definitely come back thanks again.

   I am shocked by how bad this place was. Their website says staff will be looking after the children so parents can relax, but that is simply not true. When a child vomited on my shoes, my son’s shoes, and the floor, the mother didn’t apologise and just walked away. The staff cleaned the floor but ignored my son’s shoes until I explained that I had no gloves or supplies and shouldn’t be expected to do it myself. Only then did someone reluctantly agree to help. Later, a grown man vomited right in the play area. Several children ran straight into it before staff even noticed, which was extremely unsafe. The toilets were filthy, the whole place smelled disgusting, and there was no real supervision anywhere. This place is completely unhygienic, poorly managed, and absolutely not what they advertise on their website. I will never return and strongly advise other parents to stay away.

   We have visited the place number of times and kids really enjoyed every visit. There are number of slides and other activities for adults and kids to keep active. There's also smaller for infants and younger kids. There's number of seating area which can busy in peak times and food catering facilities are also available in the area. There's also facility for birthday parties and have specific area for it. Prices are reasonable however I totally understand that everyone got to wear socks. But you are not allowed to wear your own socks and have to buy their particular socks which you can wear every time you visit. Which I personally think is not fair and transparent making everyone to pay more.

   First visit during Easter holidays. Kids and adults had a blast. It was busy and sessions were fully booked whilst we were there. It didn't feel overly crowded. Lots of staff watching out for us to assist if needed. Enjoyed lunch here too. Kids ages, 12, 9 and 1.5yrs.

   My son loves this place! Recently he’s been getting upset and overwhelmed in softplays but there’s something about this place that doesnt seem to trigger him. Maybe because it’s a lot more spaced out so the kids all have room to bounce, and it’s also laid out like an obstacle course so everyone is making their way around the course and not congregating in one area. Staff lovely, good food options and bouncing around is a right good laugh.

   Great place although very busy... Almost to the point where its put me off going again.... I think the session numbers are too high and I found we couldn't use all of the equipment due to the number of people on it at the same time, especially consideration the cost. This is really a 3.5 star review but since you can't rate a half I felt 3 stars would be a bit harsh as it was better than that. If it wasn't for the cost and the overcrowding then it'd be close to a 5 star review from me.

   The place is brilliant. I feel it needs more staff policing areas as there is a lot of fighting amongst kids. Because of this I would only attend again during a quiet time.

   A great night was had by the birthday boy and his friends. Nerf party package was great for them all. 90mins of play and a half hour of the party room, with a good spread of food and drinks for the kids. Wonderfully friendly staff helped throughout our visit. Might try one of the adult bounce sessions, and will definitely return with the kids.
