Really good store. Had everything I wanted in loads of sizes. Sometimes itβs better to try things on rather than order online. Pleased I live near this store. Staff are always really nice.
Friendly service and long lasting products. Despite popping in just before closing, I was able to find what I was looking for without being rushed. Recommend.

The Bristol branch is a bright and well laid out store. The products are vast and enticing. A big and heartfelt shout out to Ethan. His demeanor was calm and well informed. I explained that I was recovering from a life changing illness and had lost my confidence in deciding on my choices, but that i am embracing the opportunity to explore changes in clothing and styles. I love the the Carhartt brand and cuts. To have had Ethan guide me was an exceptional retail experience . Thank you !

To the manager of this store: I have to criticise the male staff with dreadlocks (if my memory serves me correctly) I met in this store between 3pm and 4pm yesterday (18/12/2022). and he was standing behind the counter along with a lady staff. When I asked him if a small-size coat is available. He said no in a very rude and direct manner without saying other things. And he stared at me all the time also in a rude way when I was in this store. But after a while when I asked the lady staff instead, she showed me the smaller size very quickly and she was very kind. I think the male staff is definitely a racist as he thinks I'm an Asian so he can use that attitude to me. Can you store lay off this male staff?!

The girl looked at what I was wearing before entering the fitting room (I had my own Carhartt sweater and pants on me) and asked how many items I would bring to the fitting room (2 pairs of pants). I bought Β£174 worth of stuff, everyone is happy :). I planned to buy more, but unfortunately the store does not sell XXL sweaters :)
