I had ordered an item and unfortunately, the color of the item didn't match my other furniture. I returned the item a few weeks ago but I have not been refunded even after the specified time, I didn't hear anything from the shop and now they don't answer any messages and don't take my calls.

Really lovely shop and Erin was an absolute delight to speak to, my sister and I both commented after leaving on how we felt like we were talking to a friend. Erin also gave us lots of lovely information regarding the items we purchased. Can't recommend highly enough! :)
