   If I could rate you zero I would, my 5ft 2 daughter and both her little brothers one who is 18 and 6ft 2 were in today not even an hour ago they left and you wouldn’t let her use the bumper cars as they were for “kids” but her brother was told if he could fit his legs in he could use them ,now bit of background here my daughter has no issues with her weight but your staff certainly made her feel like that she was being fat shamed and is now devastated that she couldn’t do something nice with her neuro divergent brother who now feels it’s his fault his sister is upset, I really think your staff need to be a little more thoughtful and not so blatantly ignorant and they had paid over £50 for that utterly ridiculous and disgusting behaviour won’t be back

   A bit over priced. It’s unfortunate that adults need to pay full price to go on the equipment with kids. I was here today and I didn’t want to go on the inflatables to have fun but instead to watch my son as he is 2yrs old and wouldn’t stick to the toddler only inflatable. I was charged full price to upgrade him and myself which was £21 all in after having already paid £11 for the toddler time. I understand you can stand at the front however you then cannot see in which is a safety issue. As the pricing point stands at the minute I don’t think I’ll be retuning until he’s old enough to go in by himself. Pricing should be reviewed. My son did enjoy it though and the equipment was clean.

   Grandson's loved it! 'Travelator' wasn't working until 5minutes before the end of their session. Seemed to be plenty of "crew" patrolling.. Coffee is delicious!! Very spacious. Will return. PS.I really liked the issuing of socks to everyone who was "bouncing"

   Absolutely love this place! 3 year old daughter loves it, she's as high as a kite and has a short attention span so usually gets bored of soft plays etc but she loves coming here! Staff on the floor are very approachable and friendly. Lots to keep busy with. Didn't give 5 stars as it is a little bit expensive especially if you are taking more than one child (My mum took my daughter and nieces and nephews (7 in total) for an hour and was over £60! And that's before you buy snacks etc. My wee girl goes for the tots session though and I live that you get an adult on for free as she can be very wary of situations but she's gone when the park is quiet also could be better if the entry way is kept an eye on or entry?/ exit is monitored for fire safety reasons and my daughter who I thought was jumping one day nearly got out on the main road!

   Went to bday party which was really good,organized,kids loved it,but I paid for my other 2 boys and was 30 pound which I thought was pricey,one only 2 yr old. Got him a adult ticket as he could go about more,wasn't much dearer,but yeah that was 2hrs,and u buy socks,so save next time in I'll take them! But yes was really big,lots to do and would go again,3 pound for a slush,refill as many !

   Great fun for my grandson's birthday party. Staff are really great! Dealt with food allergies, preferences and lively children in a friendly, hassle free way. Many thanks to Kiara and Teighan - and the lovely girl doing the catering. Recommended!

   Visited here for my little boys birthday. It was so quiet through the week and he absolutely loved having the place to play almost to himself with his sister. He made best friends with one of the staff (kiara) who went out of her way to make his day special. He is still talking about her days later. Amazing customer service ❤️❤️
