   Always a pleasure to visit David Lloyd. The facilities are great and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. We've had a family membership for over 20 years and still really enjoy it. In my opinion, it's the best gym in the area.

   David Lloyd Renfrew is a brilliant place to go I enjoy it every time I am there, the classes (especially blaze) are great and Aiden the blaze supervisor always provides great motivation and makes the classes extra enjoyable. Margret on reception is very kind and welcoming and is always there if you need anything. All staff are great and make visits to the gym lovely

   Returned to attending a gym after a period of not! I was a council gym member before and I must admit that having all facilities under one rood is excellent. The gym is reliably v clean with a team of hard working people to create this high standard. Just what one makes of a membership is entirely up to the member but there are lots of personal trainers available to book for extra tips. I'm pretty much self motivating as I can see a difference when I check out my stats on the machine at the end of a week or whatever. Love a good result!

   Wish I could leave 0 stars. Disgusting company with terrible customer service. Have tried to cancel membership due to not using the service multiple times and have been contacted by debt collectors twice despite having agreed to terminate the contract this month and have paid all outstanding payments. Impossible to contact via telephone, can only receive a reply from the club by a tweet posted publicly on twitter. Have researched this and found that multiple other people have had the same issues. Would look for another gym before signing into a contract with David Lloyd as the price you pay for a mediocre gym and awful customer service is not worth it.

   Avoid at all costs. Average facilities at a ridiculous price. Trying to cancel just now, was initially happy to pay the 3 months notice payments (£642 worth) but cancelled the direct debit after the first months notice as they’ve taken on so many new members the facilities I was paying for weren’t available. Now being threatened with debt collection agencies unless I pay them the remaining £428

   Lovely gym but impossible to swim. It’s always rammed with children, then the adult session 8-9 is very busy. Lifeguards train in the adults only slot too and are raucous, piling into the sauna together as well. The outdoor pool is lovely but is very cold. The clubhouse makes great oat lattes but is always very busy. Given the price you pay to be a member I’d have expected less volume of people in the pool and cafe. However, the facilities are clean and modern and the staff are helpful.

   Fairly standard leisure club with full range of facilities/activities to suit most peoples needs, has an onsite cafe with decent food, bit on the pricier side but the quality is good, so bang for buck its acceptable. Staff are always top notch throughout.
