   I just wanted to share how we really appreciated the fantastic customer service we received yesterday in store. We came in to purchase our travel system and Debbie was fantastic at showing us all the features and answering all our questions. Despite it reaching closing time. It was a level of service we wouldn’t have experienced in other stores. So thank you for making it easy and being so helpful. We will be highly recommending you to others!

   Such poor customer service I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a car seat from this company. I placed my order almost three weeks ago, and I am still waiting for delivery. Despite being told that it would take a few weeks, I’ve now been informed that I may have to wait up to six weeks in total. This delay is unacceptable, and it’s really frustrating to be kept waiting for such a long period without proper communication or transparency. I’m very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this company to others. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of efficiency and consideration for customers. I hope they improve their delivery process in the future. Such a shameful for big company like them.

   As a witness to another review here. The two "middle aged " ladies were not helpful and definitely interacted with the one customer, as well as entertaining the customers child. The other lady was in fact trying to look with clearly a tired toddler and the staff were not helpful. The only help we got was near the end when we asked about a pushchair but the lady was struggling to even show us how it went. You could tell all their time and attention was instigated towards this other customer with her child watching the TV they set up for the little girl and the rude lady approaching the other lady whilst she was getting the toy off of her daughter to put back was unacceptable. It's a baby shop, people are going to come in with babies, toddlers, older children and to be treated and spoken to in the response to her review on here is astonishing and very rude. You could have handled this very differently and apologised for their experience as a starting point but to point a finger at a mother's parenting and state it isn't your responsibility as well as their is a soft play is very inappropriate, firstly she was not saying it's anyone's responsibility she was stating how one customers child was treated compared to her and her child, secondly recommending a soft play, what did you expect her to do drop her child off and leave them there while she shops, surely that's neglect..maybe we can tell the response to the review is a middle aged person with no understanding or customer service skills clearly. I to will not be shopping and recommending your store. Please learn from this as everyone is entitled to a review, it's constructive criticism and as I stated before this could and should have been handled in a more appropriate professional way.

   I have been here a couple of times snd normally a young dark headed girl is on and is always kind & helpful. I went in this time and 2 older ladies were there. I asked about a carseat but someone else was looking at it. I looked around at some other bits waiting to see the carseat. I had my young child with me who was becoming impatient and wanting to touch the toys/teddys. I asked about a different item in the shop & whilst being shown this my child walked around with a pull along toy, until a lady asked her for it back and put it back on the shelf. I did find this rude and i noticed the lady looking at the carseat that her daughter was actually sat at a computer they set up watching a kids tv show so the mum and her mum could look. At no time did either lady offer a distraction to my child and you could see the eyes looking at her when she touched any teddy etc and then proceeded to take it off her. If i was going in spending a lot of money on the items maybe they would have a change of attitude but this did put me off going to an independent shop unfortunately. Edit: I have not insisted it is any staffs members responsibility to watch my child. It was a observation of the lady with a child watching the computer set up for her and the helpfulness of the staff towards that customer compared to what we received especially from one of the staff members. I was dealing with putting the toy back when the lady interpreted me parenting my child and took it away, I made a light-hearted joke to appologise but taking a look back now it was rude of her to interrupt me in the first place, so if you state it isn't your responsibility then please don't get involved in what I was in the middle of. Maybe if we hadn't waited so long by not one but the two staff members attending one customer to help I wouldn't have had a toddler who was clearly bored! Sorry you take offence to the "older" comment which is quite ridiculous as I was stating the other girl looks young, in her 20s and the older ones are clearly not in their 20s. Unfortunately the reply is exactly what I expected and shows the lack of customer service I received on the day. I have been a manager of many shops and know what is good and bad customer service and this was unfortunately not good. You cannot put a red carpet out for one customer and not be the same way with another, you had no idea on what I wanted to order that day and missed out on a sale. And how does the saying go "the customer is always right" my experience is my experience, replying in the tone you have has insured me I won't be returning and will not recommend you.

   I could not recommend this lovely little shop more we took a trip over to John Lewis to buy our first pram, it was so busy and overwhelming we left, googled and found ourselves here the stock and mixture of brands they have are incredible. Aby was so amazing, enthusiastic and patent she had so much knowledge when it came to anything baby and you could clearly see she enjoyed her job which was refreshing to see! She advised us on a mixture of products and we are very very pleased so thank you for all your help! I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for anything baby related it’s also so nice to be able to shop local you made a special time a little bit more special so thank you!

   Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the shop has a great range of prams for all budgets. Abby really helped us get to grips with the different brands and styles and helped us find the perfect pram in our price range. No pushy sales techniques or trying to sell us the most expensive brands. We found the perfect pram and car seat for our little one! Thank you!

   If you're expecting a baby and are looking for your first pushchair, this is definitely the place to go! I live in Devon and am so glad I drove over an hour to visit the store. They have such a fantastic range of prams and car seats. Everyone in the store is incredibly knowledgeable of each product they stock, and are more than happy to give demonstrations, answer questions and allow you to sample folding/unfolding prams etc. I am so happy with my pram and car seat. Considering all the delays caused by the virus, the team were easy to contact and provide updates on my order. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends/family.
