Really disappointed with my visit to this shop a couple of weeks back. I called in with a large bag of clothes, some really nice clothes designer clothes, went to the counter and a lady serving pointed To a sign that said no deliveries after 3 pm. I questioned this and said really? And she pointed the sign again and said we won’t take your clothes after 3 pm. I travelled to another charity shop Close by, and they happily took the clothes. I really wanted to give the clothes to the shop so they could make money for these poor children and their families, as children with cancer charities are close to my heart, and I already Donate every month to another charity like this. Please consider Changing this policy, as it’s unpopular, and also appears Ungrateful.

Store is clean, organised, and staff are friendly. The prices? Be prepared to take out a mortgage if you want to buy anything. Items are on par with brand new retail prices. Fancy some new clothing? You could own a lovely stained F&F tshirt for £8. Want to watch a cheeky movie with the family, a DVD will cost you £2-£4 minimum. What about a quiet evening to read a book? Well they’re the same price (and often the same selection) as The Works a few doors down. It’s a shame the prices have to be so inflated to pay for rent in this area, but when stock is sitting there for over a year you have to ask yourself if this store should re-evaluate their business strategy.

This is an extremely expensive charity shop. £8+ for a ladies tshirt. £15+ for dresses. I can only think it's due to the Willow Brook Centre charging a fortune in rent?? Other branches of Children's Hospice seem much more reasonably priced.

Prices are surprisingly high, compared to other local charity shops. The irony is, go to thier Yate branch and it's a far bigger choice, and, nearly all clothes there are £3 - some of the better, high quality, things £5.. wish it was the same in the Bradley Stoke branch, think they would shift so much more, much faster and so make more money. Otherwise, it's a nice shop, clean, friendly staff.

Very expensive for a charity shop. Selling some items double the price of a new item.

Really kind and helpful staff. Accommodated well to my needs and had the perfect rain coat found the day before a festival. Lots of choice! Would highly recommend!
