   I lived at Morrison Circus for almost two years and I have to bump my three star review to a five star one purely because of Marc from maintenance. Marc always went above and beyond for us, resolving any issues efficiently and well. We experienced various issues during our stay, but Marc always ensured we were up to date and reassured as to how and when any issues would be fixed. He truly carries the whole company on his shoulders and having a reliable and skilled maintenance professional at our disposal if and when needed made our stay worth it! Hopefully Marc sees this review and knows how appreciated he is. Student cribs would crumble without him!

   Really good flats, very modern. The rooms are a good size staff are all friendly. Maintenance man is always on top of jobs and happy to help. Would recommend.

   Shared a flat for roughly 2 years in Edinburgh. For what you get it's a little on the pricey side. The furnishings (other than the bed) aren't the comfiest and there were a few things which took over a year to fix which caused other issues like mould. The maintenance guy is really kind and tries his best but it's a lot of flats to fix for just one guy. I think the biggest problem is with upper management. They do respond but I feel like they don't often understand the severity, often placing blame on the maintenance guy instead of taking some responsibility. The experience is definitely dependent on your flatmates (I had a mixture of good and bad) and the neighbours (also varied from year to year). Wifi is also often reliable and if there are issues they get solved fairly quickly and are usually caused by bad weather so they aren't a random occurrence. Overall, it's a good experience but lower your expectations a bit. I feel like I've heard worse stories out there in regard to student accommodation and I believe I would have preferred this experience more than halls if I had stayed in them from what I've heard.

   Student Cribs is awful they repair nothing without constant chasing up they forgot to pay our utilities included in our rent and it's been over a month and they still haven't resolved it and it's been over a months since we reported it and we get debt collector letters. It's awful.

   Absolutely shocking. Don't be fooled by their not so low prices or location in the city. Student Cribs is 1/10 communication with tenants. 1/10 maintenance. 1/10 customer support. Firstly, three of my flat mates and I all paid £350, each, for parking permits before moving and were promised the spaces upon arrival. It has been over two months and of course we haven't yet received these. We have tried to contact student cribs about this on several occasions. All end in false promises. "You're parking bollards will be installed by next week" is a popular one. We reported our hot water tap as broken and it took four weeks for it to be resolved. The internet is terrible constantly cutting out, capped at 16mbps unless you buy a package, ping always spiking. The internet was down for a full day at one point. (Bearing in mind university classes are online at this moment and a good signal is vital). All we were told was. "Sorry for the inconvenience". If I could I would rate student cribs 0/5. Please do not rent a flat with this company. I will certainly not be living with them for another year.
