   They were good to deal with in general when the processed started. Picked up the cargo from him and did everything as expected but when to it being delivered in PK, unfortunately only one bag was delivered and second, the one with more items was not. I am not sure what their internal processes are but I informed them right away that only one bag was delivered - the communication afterwards were mostly me trying to get soem update and they responding a bit late often that they are looking into, contacting the person there, etc. Now, I understand it can be hard managing something like this from here in PK - especially if you're subcontracting bit if that's the case then maybe use your own workers there? You're handling people's stuff here and losing it without responsibility means you're not fit for the job, close the shop or improve your processes. I even asked if they can give me some contact details of the people there, we can try to contact ourselves and get it located but they were quite elusive about it. I asked in the beginning, if there's any insurance, they said no. But if they lose your cargo, all you get is £20 - I had paid £70 for the cargo + the items had their own value. All in all, total loss! Definitely won't recommend! But I guess it all depends on your 'luck' - which is not how a business should be run.

   The team at Nexus Travel are always so helpful and welcoming. I recently sent my cargo to Pakistan through them and the whole process was handled very professionally. They answer all enquiries in a friendly way and always make sure the customer is happy. For me, they’re the best travel and cargo service – I won’t be going anywhere else.    Lost my luggage and they refused to pay for the loss no terms and conditions were given or shown to me prior to booking . Very poor service in all respect. They are poorly managing and handling the cargo . Got my few boxes totally damaged with stolen items. No reclaim can be filed in case of stolen goods . They give lame excuses and blaming their agents and Pakistan custom. Very Very poor service . I do not recommend anyone to book any item from them. I came to your office and you did not resolve the issue and no compensation was offered and now you are replying to come to office and resolve the issue. You provide totally disgusting services. I had to edit my review to reply you because you are trying to fool people. This is what I got . Broken, stolen and damaged with one bag missing. Reply to your last comment Please don’t deceive your customers. My one bag was never delivered and you admitted this in your office. I did not sign papers as my one of the bag was missing and I told them to bring the other bag so that I can sign . Shame on you for alleging me for misusing the military power . I never did anything to the poor loader except asking them to bring my remaining bag so I can sign the documents. It is highly unethical and unprofessional on your part for not excepting your mistake publicly on this forum. You are rather trying to justify your wrong doing . I still have those paper on which your agent admitted that one bag is missing. Please refrain from lying and accept your failure for not delivering my bag and not compensating the loss. You wanted to refund my freight charges but I refuse to take that by saying that keep it as a sadqa (as you deserve the most ) Instead of lame excuses please admit publicly that the bag was lost and no compensation was given. My sincere advice to all please don’t book you valuable through them as they are proven cheater and deceivers. I have all proof of documents and I will upload them along with WhatsApp messages where you have admitted the bag is missing and you were ready to pay for the loss . You also took the bank details for payment but it was all fraud and deceptive measures.

   Alhumdulilah I have completed my hajj and the whole package deal was done by nexus. The support we had from arriving to Saudi to when we left was amazing. The package was also very good especially since we were with a group. Also travel arrangement whenever I needed such as to get to the hotel when arriving or when we needed a private car from Makkah to medinah was all sorted as well easily by nexus. The whole hajj experience was amazing alhumdulilah and was very happy overall. Again thank you nexus for all the help and support whenever needed !!!

   Best place in Glasgow Cargo. Best does not necessarily mean the cheapest as I think it was little more expensive per kilo than some other places but if you want your stuff delivered to Pakistan properly and correctly then speak to Adam in Nexus Cargo in Glasgow. Thank you for your service
