Was looking for a Cruise and Stay. Wasn't very sure about what we wanted, but with the assistance of Janet who guided us through it all, we have ended up with a Cruise from Cyprus and a weeks stay at a beautiful hotel in Cyprus all inclusive on both items. Can't thank Janet enough for her help and making us feel so welcomed and making us very happy with the outcome. Can't wait till September next year.
Recently booked a holiday to Hurghada Egypt , we assisted by Janet. From the minute we walked in to the shop to minute left the shop Janet was first class in meeting all our needs. Janet ensured that every single PO art of our holiday, from seating on the plane, additional support around transport and communication with the hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Karen was very helpful and managed to get us a holiday for summer 2024. She arranged everything for us including seating us all together on the flight. We need a bit of everything when we go on holiday as some of the kids have disabilities and only like certain foods and activities she managed to.get us all that. I would defently recommend Karen.
What a happy place to visit. You are always made to feel welcome and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I’ve found that no question is too silly to ask. Whether simply investigating a possible holiday destination, adding extras to a booking or even buying foreign currency I’ve found the staff can’t do enough to help. As I said above, all staff are professional and eager to help but I would like to highlight Liz, Janet, Lisa and Louise. We’ve booked three holidays this year and look forward to visiting the store next year for our next one. Thank you for everything.

We booked a recent trip to Turkey through this shop, and the service and knowledge from the staff (Special mention to Liz) was exceptional. They gave us lots of information about specific areas, as well as recommending hotels based on what we as a family were looking for. The whole process was excellent and we had a fantastic holiday in a stunning hotel / area. Will definitely be using the shop again
