My dyslexia makes it difficult and very stressful for me to make travel arrangements and feel confident that everything is in order. Richard and Emma understood my difficulties and concerns, and took care of everything seamlessly and considerately. Very highly recommended.

   Absolutely awful experience. Asked them to arrange my honeymoon and initially really interested then I had to physically attend in the shop as I wasnt getting any response. Travel agent left me sitting for 40 mins while she chatted to someone on the phone. Then she proceeded to tell me the entire story that I had just heard on the phone. I had to tell her I was going to be late back to work after my lunch break. Still heard nothing so sent her suggestions for trip and said we'd give her our business if she could get the trip on budget. 6 weeks later, I've had no response and I've ended up booking the holiday myself. Couldn't have had a worse experience.

   My wife and I had to travel at very short notice to Thailand, and Deborah was immensely helpful. She explained in detail the added benefits of travelling with the various companies, found us the last two seats, on a plane leaving in three days time. She organised a transfer, to a hotel which she recommended, which was within walking distance of where we needed to be. All in all fantastic service. Thank you.
