It was Tuesday morning I was booking my flight to Boston on their site. After booking the wrong connecting flight and noticing the mistake on their confirmation email, I called in traveloes twice, they didn’t receive my call. I got their call after 9:15 AM, 1 hour after I called them. The agent was very professional, I told them how unclear it was from the site and asked if I can cancel or rebook instead. The response was that I can do that but it may charge fare difference and he rebooked correct flight for me with no additional charge. Very nice of him, I will use this site again due to the excellent customer service
